About Arixent

Engineers who have run the products they build

Arixent was started by founders who built and scaled software products before they built a services company. That is the standard we hold every engagement to.

Our story

From building products to building them for others

Before Arixent, our founders built SaaS products for the staffing and HR industry, grew engineering teams and served large enterprises and global capability centers. They learned what it takes to ship software that people pay for every month: discipline in scope, respect for operations and a bias toward working software over slideware.

Arixent brings that experience to companies that need AI, data and product engineering done properly. We took the name from the idea of an apex: the point where product thinking, engineering craft and domain understanding meet. Our logo, an A drawn in two strokes, stands for that meeting point.

Today Arixent serves enterprises, global capability centers and growth-stage companies across several continents, with engineering teams distributed across three time zones and one shared definition of done.

Principles

What we believe

Production is the only finish line

Demos are cheap. We measure ourselves on systems that run, scale and get used.

Data before models

AI built on untrusted data fails quietly. We fix the foundations first, even when it is less glamorous.

Senior people, small teams

Experience compounds. We keep teams small and led by engineers who stay for the whole engagement.

Say the uncomfortable thing early

If a plan will not work, we say so before it costs you money.

Your IP is yours

Code, models, data and designs belong to the client. No lock-in by design.

Three time zones, one standard

Distributed teams run the same engineering practices and share one definition of done.

Delivery

How we work

01

Discover

We sit with the people closest to the problem and trace the decisions, data and constraints. The result is a bounded problem worth solving.

02

Design

Architects and designers turn that understanding into a testable system plan. Risks and measures are settled before delivery expands.

03

Build

A small team ships working slices into the real environment. Users review them early, and evidence guides each next decision.

04

Run

We instrument quality, cost and operations before release. Ownership, documentation and support are part of the product, not an afterthought.

Leadership

The people accountable for the work

Meet the team

Our leadership and engineering leads are happy to discuss your product and the work behind it.

Set up a conversation

Bring us the roadmap. We will bring the engineers.

Next step

Ready when you are.

Tell us what you are trying to build and we will come back with a point of view, not a pitch.
